Replacement #32 Grinder Plate: Fits Most #32 Grinders
The replacement #32 grinder plate is designed to fit most size #32 grinders. This plate features 1/8" (3 mm) holes, which work well for processing sausages, salami, pepperoni, and other similar products. It is typically used for the first grind of hamburger meat.
It's important to note that this plate is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BUTCHER BOY GRINDERS. Instead, you should look for a 1 flat or 2 flat plate. The 2 flat plate can be used to replace a 1 flat plate, but the 1 flat plate cannot be used to replace a 2 flat edge plate. Be sure to carefully examine your existing plate to ensure you're getting the correct replacement.
This grinder plate is compatible with a variety of popular brands, including Berkel, Biro, Chop Rite, Enterprise, Fleetwood, Globe, Hobart, Hollymatic, Sanitary, Toledo, and Torrey.

The grinder plate is made of durable stainless steel.
It's important to always replace the knife and plate together as a matched set. If one item has gradually worn away from being perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it, and they can still be used together. However, if one is matched with a different item that is perfectly flat, the set will not produce a good product, and using such a combination may even break the new item.
