Grinder Plate for #32 Grinders, Hobart and Biro, with 1/4 Holes for Chili
Replacement #32 grinder plate, designed to fit most #32 grinders. The plate features 1/4" (6.3 mm) holes, which work particularly well for regular chili. NOT FOR BUTCHER BOY GRINDERS. Please ensure you select either a 1 flat or 2 flat plate, as the 2 flat will work to replace a 1 flat, but the 1 flat will not work to replace a 2 flat edge plate. It is crucial to examine your existing plate to confirm you are obtaining the correct style.

The grinder plate is made of stainless steel and has the following dimensions: Plate Diameter: 3 15/16", Center Mount Hole: 1/2", and Holes Diameter: 1/4" (6.3 mm).
IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET. It is crucial to use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it, and they may still be used together. However, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product, and such practice will probably break the new item.
